New Home is a listing platform, not a real estate broker, agent, lender or title company. We do not represent buyers or sellers and take no part in any transaction.
Property facts come from state and county public records (listed on our sources page), provided as-is. They may be incomplete or out of date. Lot outlines are not surveys.
Only verified owners, or licensed agents with a signed listing agreement, may list a home. Listing a home you are not authorized to sell is prohibited and will be reported.
Listings must comply with fair-housing law. We may hold, edit-request or remove any listing.
Agents must display their brokerage and license number as required by the NJ Real Estate Commission.
Never send money before seeing a home and confirming the seller through an attorney or title company.
