Every home on New Home comes from public records that a state or its counties publish for anyone to use. We don't buy data, and we never show owners' names. Records are provided as-is and may be out of date; lot outlines are not surveys.

Sheriff's, constable's and tax sales come from the offices' own public sale listings (salesweb.civilview.com), checked several times a day. Sales we can't match to a home in our records are placed with the US Census Bureau's address geocoder.
